The Amounts of Sales of Malaysian Online Bookstores and The Strategies taken to Inrease It (2016-2017)

Figure 1 shows the amount of sales of Malaysian online book stores (2016-2017) while Table 1 shows strategies taken to increase amount of sales. Generally, the amount of sales in 2017 is more than 2016.

            Base on the bar chart, in 2016, the S and E is the same of the amount (RM40, 000) but in 2017, the S (RM60, 000) less than E (RM120, 000).

            The table shows the strategy of S and E2016 and 2017are same with accept cash on delivery, present attractive webpage and offer competitive prices. Besides, in 2016 and 2017, the strategy of E are same with allow booking without deposit and offer free gifts. In 2017, the strategy of E are offer variety of items, offer e-vouchers as discounts and provide fast delivery.

            In conclusion, the amount of sales and the strategy most highly is E while the S is less then E.
